Five Rites Tip – The quickest way to combat quiet desperation is to keep a journal or log in conjunction with your five rites exercises. If you journal about what’s bugging you and the successes made with your five rites practice I discovered I get clarity and a resolution to a bothersome issue much quicker, before the little hurts compound interest or unnecessary focus. I am able to channel a well of creativity that is ever flowing, (the more consistent I am with a daily five rites routine and writing). Clients report whole projects, connections or new businesses that emerge from this daily process when they jot down what’s happening.
In Paula G’s article “Are You Living a Life of Quiet Desperation?” I began to think about Scripting for Success TM clients that had the car, income, higher degrees, house with all the wonderful features and amenities and in many cases a professional career.
